Outcome After running the account successfully for a year, we faced the challenge of significantly increasing the number of orders while reducing the cost per order. Initially, this task seemed nearly impossible, as the market price for leads remained constant. Leads from other channels also carried a similar value, irrespective of their quality. However, we decided to leverage Performance Max and employ it to generate leads. This experiment proved to be highly fruitful, enabling us to acquire repair requests at a remarkably low cost. As a result, Google Ads emerged as the primary source of customer inquiries for this particular business.
